Personal assistant to CEO

Personal Assistant to CEO required for permanent and full-time employment with relevant experience required. The position is fully remote, equipment (corporate phone and laptop) will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the executive's schedule and scheduling meetings
  • Managing phone calls and emails
  • Organizing trips
  • Communication link between the Administration and the departments
  • Coordination and monitoring of pending issues
  • Maintaining electronic and printed files

The candidate should have the below:

  • Very good use of Greek, Bulgarian and English
  • Very good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a similar position, desirable
