What will you be doing?

We are looking for a diligent and committed person to join us in the role of Junior Business Analyst within the Transformation Department. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives that drive our transformation agenda.

In this role you will:

• Support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and workflows, including gathering requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Assist in the implementation of new and existing internal system changes by coordinating requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Continuously add, update, and maintain system & processes, ensuring they remain optimized and aligned with evolving business needs
• Contribute to the identification of system and process improvement opportunities, collaborating with managers and teams to resolve inefficiencies
• Maintain and update process documentation, methodologies, and supporting tools, ensuring knowledge is accessible across the organization
• Use business process tools (e.g., BPM platforms), mockup/prototyping tools, and related software to support system design, documentation, and testing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1- 3 years of experience in business process & system analysis, operations support, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex workflows into clear and actionable steps
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adaptability, eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset
• Strong collaboration skills, able to support cross-functional teams and document findings effectively
• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and comfort working in iterative environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
