We're are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Digital
IT Business Analyst
to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients for banking sector.

As an IT Business Analyst you will work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges, all while learning, growing, and redefining what's possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements.
  • Functional Design & Testing: Create functional specifications and user scenarios. Develop and execute user acceptance test cases to ensure robust system delivery.
  • Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for digitization and optimization in different business domains
  • Translate functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data mapping for migration/integration projects
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
  • Present prototypes to the client and gather / process client feedback.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams at all levels.
  • Preparation of high-quality deliverables mainly including application user manual, UAT scenario execution documentation etc.

Requirements:

  • Banking Experience is prerequisite, especially in Digital Transformation
  • Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects preferably in the Financial Services/Banking and/or Insurance Sector.
  • Experience in supporting UAT and drafts user stories/ test scenarios.
  • Experience in translating functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications. (BRDs, FRDs)
  • Familiarity with Jira ticketing and communicating with technical teams.
