EURELMEC GROUP, leveraging over 30 years of experience in naval repairs, has a significant international presence in both the naval and energy sectors. Exclusive representatives of Yawei Group, a leader in the transformer manufacturing industry, the company benefits from the group's expertise and extensive resources. Yawei Group employs over 1,000 individuals, including more than 50 engineers and technical experts, and operates out of a 240,000-square-meter facility.

Eurelmec Group is expanding and we are looking for a Financial & Commercial Analyst to support major projects in the maritime and energy/industrial sectors.

If you are analytical, organised, and comfortable working with financial data, commercial offers, and market indices, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and structure commercial offers, cost sheets, and pricing models.

  • Build budgets, financial models, and profitability analyses.

  • Track and interpret indices (S&P, commodities, energy futures) and prepare brief market updates.

  • Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and scenario modelling.

  • Support tender submissions with all financial and compliance documents.

  • Help maintain organised reporting across Google Drive and Gmail.

  • Provide clear, accurate financial information to senior management.

Preferred Background & Skills:

(All preferred — none mandatory.)

Education & Finance

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering Economics, or similar.

  • Strong Excel/Sheets modelling skills.

  • Very good understanding of financial markets, spreads, volatility, and commodity pricing.

Sector Experience:

  • Maritime / Naval experience preferred.

  • Energy sector knowledge (fuel products, electricity, industrial systems) valued.

  • Experience in heavy industry, procurement, or tendering is also a plus.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and numerical accuracy.

  • Ability to summarize complex financial information clearly.

  • Excellent English writing and communication.

  • Knowledge of French and Arabic language will be a plus.

  • Organised, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
