Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Anti-Financial Crime Unit

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about compliance, security, and helping to combat financial crime while delivering exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Investigate reports of suspicious activities, escalating issues as necessary to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to support investigations and provide relevant customer information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough records for compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in financial crime prevention.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve operational processes and enhance customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or compliance roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance or financial regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
