Italian Speaking Customer Service for Anti-Financial Crime Unit

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with investigations and providing support to ensure compliance with financial regulations and combatting financial crime.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients involved in anti-financial crime initiatives through phone, email, and chat support.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to compliance, investigations, and reporting suspicious activities.
- Process customer information and documentation accurately while ensuring adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support investigations and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial crime regulations and practices to provide informed assistance.
- Document all interactions thoroughly to contribute to ongoing investigations and compliance efforts.
- Support the Anti-Financial Crime Unit in enhancing processes and improving customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a compliance or financial crime context.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
