Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and compliance measures.
- Effectively address customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information.
- Guide clients through the process of reporting suspicious activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and compliance inquiries.
- Collaborate with the anti-financial crime team to improve service delivery and compliance understanding.
- Stay updated on anti-financial crime regulations and best practices to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or compliance-related roles is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of anti-financial crime practices and regulations is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
