In this vital role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking clients by providing essential support and guidance related to anti-financial crime inquiries. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding anti-financial crime inquiries.
- Assist customers in understanding compliance requirements and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions with clients.
- Document and report issues accurately to support continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve unit goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on relevant regulations and best practices in the anti-financial crime sector.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in financial compliance and anti-crime initiatives.
- Experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new environment.
