Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients in relation to financial crime inquiries.
- Address and resolve concerns efficiently while ensuring all service standards are met.
- Maintain a strong understanding of anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Document interactions accurately to report trends and support compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold excellent service quality and achieve performance goals.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge about financial regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong interest in customer service and the financial industry.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information securely.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
