Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Anti-Financial Crime Unit

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This role is essential in supporting the efforts to combat financial crime, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery to clients across the Nordic region.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) to clients inquiring about anti-financial crime services.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to compliance, reporting suspicious activities, and understanding regulatory requirements.
- Document and manage client interactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work closely with compliance and investigative teams to escalate and resolve issues related to financial crime swiftly.
- Educate clients on the importance of compliance and procedures related to anti-financial crime measures.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in financial crime prevention and regulatory changes in the Nordics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or compliance sector, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen interest in financial regulations and crime prevention.
