Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial crime prevention and resolution.

- Document customer interactions accurately for monitoring and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure effective service delivery and compliance.

Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential.
