Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with Nordic-speaking customers primarily via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system to track issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to keep improving service quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance both product knowledge and customer interaction skills.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English is required.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiastic learners are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new culture.
