Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative within our Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) Department. This role is perfect for those fluent in one of the Nordic languages who are passionate about technology and customer service. As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist users in navigating and troubleshooting VR and AR products while providing exceptional support and guidance. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone) for VR and AR products.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and offer effective solutions.
  • Educate users about product features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in VR and AR technology to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in or knowledge of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide clear troubleshooting guidance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies.
