Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Specialist in our cutting-edge Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality Department If you have a passion for technology and a commitment to exceptional customer service, this role is the perfect fit for you.

As part of our dedicated team, you will be the primary support contact for Czech-speaking clients, helping them navigate their inquiries and providing assistance for our innovative VR & AR products. Your expertise will ensure that customers enjoy a smooth and engaging experience with our technology.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with questions related to Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality products, features, and troubleshooting.
  • Guide users through the setup and installation processes for a seamless experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service levels and product satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the VR & AR development teams to relay customer insights and support issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product developments in order to provide accurate support to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
  • Strong customer service skills combined with a passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide clear solutions to customers.
  • Willingness to learn about emerging technologies in the VR & AR sector.
  • A proactive mindset and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
