Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for quality tracking and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training programs to expand your knowledge of products and customer service best practices.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to support service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not essential; enthusiastic candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
