We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to assist Portuguese-speaking clients in navigating logistics and shipping processes.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and service options.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
- Keep customers informed about shipping regulations, updates, and promotional offers.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
