We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping users navigate social platforms.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking users regarding dating and social networking apps via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, app functionalities, and user safety guidelines.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to better understand app features and enhance user support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and app developments to provide informed assistance.
- Collect and relay user feedback to help improve app functionality and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within tech or social/app platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and assisting users.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
