We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Music & Podcast Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about music and podcasts, and who enjoy providing top-notch customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, subscription management, and content accessibility.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about new music and podcast releases to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the entertainment or digital media sector.
- Strong interest in music and podcasts, with the ability to articulate this passion to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
