We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Music Streaming Platform Department. This exciting role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about music and customer service, and who enjoy helping Portuguese-speaking users fully enjoy their streaming experience.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients for a music streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, content availability, and app usage.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up on any outstanding concerns.
- Work with internal teams to address technical issues and enhance service quality.
- Inform customers about new features, updates, and promotional offers.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the tech or entertainment sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
