Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries about music and podcast services, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through our platform.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
- Work closely with your team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on music trends and platform features.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for music and podcasts, with knowledge of popular genres and artists.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and enthusiastic disposition.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
