In this engaging position, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our online music and podcast services. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience while discovering and enjoying their favorite tunes and shows. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about music and podcast services, resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new features, content, and trends in the music industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- A strong passion for music, podcasts, and digital streaming services.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
