We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Music & Podcast Department. This role is ideal for individuals who love music and podcasts and are eager to provide exceptional support to customers in the Nordic region.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to clients speaking Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) regarding online music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about account management, subscription issues, and content availability.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints to create a seamless user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with the content and technical teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends in music and podcasts to provide informed recommendations.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in product offerings and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the music or digital content industry.
- Strong passion for music and podcasts, with an understanding of current trends and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
