We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Transport Solutions Support Representative to join our team in Athens. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and keen on assisting Portuguese-speaking clients with their transportation inquiries. You will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support in all transport-related matters.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing expert support related to transport solutions.
- Deliver accurate information regarding transport services, pricing, and procedures while effectively resolving customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Keep clients informed about their requests, including updates on service availability and any relevant changes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
- Participate in team discussions to share insights and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and priorities.
