Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Answer inquiries about transportation services, offering resolutions and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
