We are currently looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Transportation Services Department. This role is well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with their transportation needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding transportation services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, travel arrangements, service details, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on open cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to meet customer needs effectively.
- Keep customers informed about service updates, travel regulations, and promotional offerings.
- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the transportation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
