We are currently on the lookout for a Portuguese Speaking Technical Support Consultant to join our team in Athens. This role is tailored for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide clients on product features and assist them in optimizing their use of our services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and assist in product enhancements.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Continuously update your knowledge of products and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and effective troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and remote support technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
