In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to French-speaking customers, addressing and resolving a wide range of technical issues related to our products and services. Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support to French-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers regarding the use of products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring inquiries and escalate issues to improve overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a passion for assisting customers is a must.
