Your Responsibilities- Engage with French-speaking clients to assess their business software and CRM needs.
- Provide expert recommendations tailored to clients' specific operational goals.
- Support clients during the implementation and customization of software solutions.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure clients can effectively utilize software features.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements.
- Remain updated on industry trends and advancements in business software and CRM technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Please state your native language and nationality in your application.
- Previous experience in business software consulting, CRM systems, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and client outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
