Your Responsibilities- Consult with Spanish-speaking clients to identify their software and CRM requirements.
- Provide tailored recommendations and demonstrate how our solutions can improve their operations.
- Assist in the implementation and customization of software solutions for clients.
- Conduct training sessions to help clients successfully adopt and utilize software features.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client insights and inform product development.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in business software and CRM technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Please state your nationality in your application.
- Experience in business software consulting, CRM applications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of building strong client relationships.
