Responsibilities- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients to assess their business software and CRM requirements.
- Provide expert consultation on the selection, implementation, and optimization of business software and CRM systems.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' current software setups and propose customized solutions for enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful software configuration and integration for clients.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to empower clients in effectively utilizing business software.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and various business software platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear insights for clients.
- Experience with project management practices and software integration processes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
