Your Responsibilities- Engage with Nordic-speaking clients to assess their business software and CRM goals.
- Provide insightful consultations to recommend suitable software solutions and enhancements.
- Support clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use the software platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs and contribute to product evolution.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in business software and CRM technologies to offer informed advice.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please include your native language and nationality in your application.
- Previous experience in business software consulting, CRM systems, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on delivering client-focused solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
