We are seeking a Nordic Speaking Consultant for our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department. This position is designed for individuals who possess a deep understanding of business software and customer relationship management systems and are excited to assist clients in enhancing their software capabilities for improved business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Engage with Nordic-speaking clients to identify their business software and CRM requirements.
- Provide expert consultations on the implementation and optimization of business software and CRM solutions.
- Analyze clients' current systems to deliver customized recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful configuration and integration of software solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively utilize their business software.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through outstanding service and follow-up.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business software applications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
- Experience with project management tools and software integration methodologies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
