Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding our online security software solutions.
- Assess customer requirements and tailor security solutions to meet their needs effectively.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients to utilize our software effectively.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM database.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new software features through ongoing training and development.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to provide seamless customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is a must.
- Previous experience in customer support, consulting, or a technical role is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in online security technologies and solutions.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on fostering positive customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment.
