Your Responsibilities- Assist Norwegian-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online security software, offering knowledgeable advice and solutions.
- Analyze client needs and recommend customized security solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients to maximize the effectiveness of our software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
- Stay informed on new product features and industry trends through ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance customer service and foster client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or consultancy is highly desirable.
- Genuine interest in online security technologies and a commitment to client success.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
