We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Consultant for our Online Security Software Department. Key Responsibilities- Engage with Norwegian-speaking clients to identify their online security requirements and recommend tailored software solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current cybersecurity practices, offering strategic improvements and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of security software, ensuring they are equipped to protect their digital environments.
- Analyze security software performance and offer insights for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of security measures for clients.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technological advancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related field, particularly in online security software.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cybersecurity tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in managing client relationships.
