Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to luxury products
  • Assist with order processing, product availability, and shipping information
  • Educate customers about product features, luxury brand values, and services offered
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide elegant solutions to enhance customer experiences
  • Document all interactions accurately to maintain a high level of service
  • Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on luxury brand offerings and trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mentality
  • Knowledge of luxury brands and a keen interest in high-end retail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the luxury market
