Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Hotel Reservations

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for Nordic-speaking individuals to join our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department If you are passionate about travel and providing outstanding customer service, this role is perfect for you. You will assist customers in making hotel reservations and address any inquiries related to their stays, ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish. Your Responsibilities- Assist customers with hotel reservations and provide information about accommodations and services.
- Resolve inquiries and provide guidance to ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer preferences and interactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the hospitality sector.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) as well as English is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- A desire to learn and grow within a vibrant team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is a plus
