You will be assisting Czech-speaking clients with their travel inquiries, bookings, and issues, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel and tour packages.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all client interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of travel products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A genuine passion for travel and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a vibrant and exciting industry
