This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to support students and educators in navigating their online learning experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries related to online courses, platforms, and technology, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for any technical issues they may encounter.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's educational products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions in detail to improve service quality and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall educational experience for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or technology sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to users.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in online learning and education technology.
