Your Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and improvement.
- Collaborate with your team to meet performance goals and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed of new products and company policies.
- Engage with feedback to improve service delivery continuously.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
- A customer-first attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment
