This position requires relocation to Greece, even if some vacancies are remote. Relocation is paid within the EU only.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch for queries related to electronics repair and warranty services
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through the repair process
- Educate customers about warranty terms and conditions
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve complex inquiries efficiently
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Having a valid EU passport or ID. A residency document is not enough unless you are already based in Greece.
