Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support in German for inquiries related to consumer electronics
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to customer problems
  • Assist customers with product features, specifications, and usage
  • Document customer interactions in detail for follow-up and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product launches and industry trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer electronics sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for technology and consumer electronics
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus
