Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve challenges with efficiency and empathy.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for continuity and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Stay informed about product features and industry updates to provide accurate assistance.
- Engage in ongoing training and personal development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
