As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the voice of our Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our brand. You'll be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing valuable insights about our offerings. Join our energetic team and help us make a difference one customer at a time

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance customer satisfaction and share feedback.
  • Stay current on product features, promotions, and industry developments.
  • Participate in training sessions to refine your customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
