Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated support to Slovenian-speaking clients regarding search engine questions and optimization strategies.
- Help clients enhance their online content to improve search performance and visibility.
- Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective tracking and insights.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in search engine technologies.
- Engage in team discussions to share insights and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to build your knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of search engines and SEO concepts is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities to assist clients effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece and embrace the local culture.
