Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and product-related questions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and timely product availability.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for service enhancement.
- Stay updated on the company's products and policies to provide accurate information and support.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to overall service excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential.
