- Work to resolve customer complaints and issues quickly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee efficient service and product availability.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records to help enhance service strategies.
- Stay informed about the company's products and policies to provide precise assistance.
- Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to overall service excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
