Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Finnish-speaking clients across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers with order processing, account inquiries, and detailed product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records for continual service enhancement.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.
- Actively seek customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential.
