As a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively to improve service levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in training and professional development sessions regularly.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively with a positive attitude.
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to interact with a diverse range of customers.
- EU passport is required for application.
