Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all client interactions.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working environment and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to further develop your skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities along with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Openness to engage with a diverse group of customers.
- EU passport is required for application.
